Trade Summary

A total of 13 trades completed

#1 — Three team deal. Milwaukee sends John Salmons and the #10 pick to Sacramento for the #7 pick and Beno Udrih. They then send Corey Maggette and the #7 pick to Charlotte for Stephen Jackson, Shaun Livingston and the #19 pick.

#2 — The Houston Rockets send the #23 pick (later traded), a future first rounder (2013), the #38 pick (Charlie Parsons) and Brad Miller to Minnesota for the rights to Motiejunas (#20) and Jonny Flynn.

#3 — San Antonio trades George Hill to Indiana for the rights to Kawhi Leonard

#4 — Denver trades Raymond Felton to Portland for Andre Miller

#5 — Dallas trades #26 pick (Jordan Hamilton) and the #57 pick (T.Ngombo) to Portland for Rudy Fernandez and the rights to Petteri Koponen

#6 — Minnesota trades the #23 pick (Mirotic) to Chicago for the #28 pick (Norris Cole) and a future second round pick.

#7 — Boston trades the #25 pick (Marshon Brooks) to New Jersey for the #27 pick (JaJuan Johnson) and a 2014 second round pick.

#8 — The Knicks purchased the Hornets #45 pick for $750k

#9 — Minnesota trades the rights to Norris Cole (#28) for the rights to Bojan Bogdanovic (#31).

#10 — Golden State buys J.Tyler (#39) from the Bobcats for $2 million.

#11 — Orlando trades two future second rounders to Cleveland for the #32 pick (Justin Harper)

#12 — Lakers trade the #56 pick (C.Madaubum) for a future second rounder from Denver

#13 — Houston bought back the #38 pick (C.Parsons)

I have to believe that quite a lot of cash switched hands in those three Minnesota trades as they traded down from the #20 pick to #31. I wouldn’t be surprised if they picked up close to $5 million in cash when all is said and done. Plus, they got out of a guaranteed contract.
