RealGM has the press release
Antawn Jamison sustained a fracture of his left little finger during Sunday’s loss to Philadelphia.
X-rays taken at The Q confirmed the fracture. He was re-examined on Monday and it was determined that surgery will be required to repair his fractured finger.
He is now scheduled to have that surgery on Tuesday and is projected to miss 5 – 7 weeks.
Antawn Jamison isn’t much of a difference maker at this stage of his career.
He isn’t much of a loss for the Cavs. They will be weakened some but it shouldn’t be too much of a loss for them.
Anyways, Cavs well on track to finish with the worst record in the NBA and have an excellent shot at adding a top three pick as a result. Good news for Cavs fans.
